"Apartamento muy agradable en el mismo centro"

Paola, la dueña es muy amable, te da indicaciones sobre sitios que visitar, restaurantes,..... Estaba yo sólo así que la cocina/salón y la terraza era toda para mí. Está en el mismo centro, junto a la catedral.

Aparcar no es fácil, pero eso sucede en todo Monreale. El acceso es por una escalera un poco estrecha. Para la mayoría de personas es suficientemente cómodo, pero tenlo en cuenta si tienes la movilidad reducida.

"Nice stay in Monreale"

The accommodation is ideally located, just a minute’s walk from the cathedral and cloister, right in the heart of Monreale. While the room is on the smaller side, guests have access to a shared kitchen and a terrace, used by the three units in the house.

Do keep in mind that the property is situated on a pedestrian-only street, so there is no direct vehicle access. Parking nearby is extremely limited, both close and farther out. We ended up leaving our car in a public garage at the bottom of the town and carrying our luggage up a staircase to reach the accommodation. If mobility or transporting bags might be a concern, it’s something to seriously consider before booking.

"A gem in the heart of Monreale."

The location, the accommodation and the kind and attentive welcome from the charming owner, Paola, were all exceptional. I cannot praise this place highly enough.

There was nothing to dislike - everything was excellent.

"We really enjoyed our visit once we'd negotiated the challenge of reaching the property"

Once we were inside the property it was extremely comfortable and there was tea/coffee and the fridge was stocked with juices. The location is excellent and Paola was very helpful in enabling us to access the flat.

We travelled to Monreale by car and it would have been helpful to know in advance that the property is very difficult to access via extremely narrow roads. There is nowhere to park close to the property to drop luggage off.

Great location, lovely apartment, responsive host! Right next door to the cathedral and 24 hour parking, very nearby. A great alternative to staying in Palermo.
