"comfy, friendly, beautiful nature around"

Feedback we received from our artist who we booked here was excellent, she said it was lovely to wake up to the animals, brought back childhood memories, they absolutely loved it.

"A home away from home."

Was a nice little home that reminded me of my home. I loved the farm surrounding, made it feel you were away from the hustle and bustle. It was nice to see that the owners of the property were only a few steps away, but they kept to themselves and were really hospitable.

I liked everything about the property but probably would suggest a security door/ sliding door( security mesh) to leave opened during the summer nights.

Nice large space. Easy to access. Lock box so didn't need to interact with anyone. Rooms were decent size. Beds and pillows were sooo comfy. Was helpful that toilet, bathroom and shower were all in diff rooms so diff people could use at the same time. Provided basic staple food such as cereals, milk, butter, bread etc free of charge. Contact details clearly communicated for emergencies.

Mix communication about check out time. Booking.com app said 9 - 9.30 but at location the book said 9.30 (I think) and the board said 10. No or limited comms about the other part of the house which I assume is a seperate area for booking.

"Peaceful rural retreat- a home away from home."

Wonderful, friendly hosts. Location was peaceful and quiet and a manageable drive to the main centre of New Plymouth. Pleasant, well kept yard and clean homely feel indoors. Some lovely complimentary items and everything that we needed for family life to be made easy on holiday - microwave, kettle, cooking facilities etc.

The shower pressure was really weak but there was a bath! Yay!

The host went far and beyond in providing for myself and my boys..spending New Years eve away..it is our Home away from Home...the house is clean, warm and comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped which I am very grateful for..the addition of milk/bread/fruit and yoghurt as complimentary is just beyond my expectations and I am very grateful for.

I wish we could have stayed longer...overnight stay is not long enough..
