Quiet area to stay. 5 minutes to Waitara township by car. Everywhere else is 30 mins to an hour. The BnB was comfortable and affordable. I had 2 whanau.members with disabilities. So it was somewhat functional to their needs.

Safety - Maybe look at putting a railing up on both sets of steps leading up to the house entrance and backyard. My 2 whanau members were anxious when coming down the steps. Unsafe to leisure walk from BnB as the road is like a mini thorough fare. Free wifi kept cutting out, a nuisance. Not suitable to all with disabilities. Heat pump wasn't working during our stay. That was disappointing as my whanau felt the cold. No tea towels or dish clothes supplied. Nuisance using the dishwasher for a few dishes. It's hard to wipe areas down with a sponge / scorer. Drip dry dishes it was.

I made a mistake with the dates and arrived a day earlier than expected and they accommodated us. The staff were very friendly and helpful
