"First rate - As good as it gets."

First rate accommodation. Spotlessly clean and comfortable room with excellent breakfast. The hosts Rose and Tim could not have been more helpful. A welcome tea/coffee with cake on arrival was provided in the guest lounge. Tim even gave me a lift into town and gave pub and restaurant recommendations on the way.

We couldn't have wished for better..... Rose and Tim were excellent hosts! The accommodation was impeccably clean, the bed and pillows very comfortable and plenty of hot water! The breakfast was incredibly extensive and cooked to your preference. Thank you Rose and Tim for all of your very kind hospitality

Clean, well maintained room. Looked recently renovated. Shower was lovely and hot. Bed comfortable. Hosts were very friendly. Breakfast was great and they gave us extra to take away for lunch.

Ashville House was absolutely perfect! We enjoyed visiting with our host very much. Had the best shower ever with perfect water pressure! Bonnie and Bella were an added plus. Loved the garden and landscape. Lovely, lovely stay!
