Rooms were comfortable, swimming pool kept clean and nice to use, quiet location. Very good breakfast included

Staff could disappear for hours at a time with no one to contact. Aircon situated on the wall around the corner from the bed so it would be very hot in the rooms at times

Have stayed at Kaniya pre Covid, and nothing has changed. It is a great guesthouse, very clean with very efficient, polite, and happy staff. It is quiet and relaxing with a lovely Spa facility which I would certainly recommend. The coffee shop at the front has a cheap breakfast menu which is appreciated and the coffee is the best.

There is nothing not to like at Kaniya.

We enjoyed our stay here. I especially want to note the following points: - the rooms are clean and comfortable, - beautiful hotel area, - there is a swimming pool, - wide choice of breakfasts (very tasty and large - enough to feel full!), - friendly staff who are always ready to help!

There is no beach within walking distance from the hotel where you can swim

Didn't have breakfast! I don't eat in the morning.

The deluxe room was very spacious, clean and had all the facilities needed to have a comfortable stay. We stayed for 1 week and have a 6 month old baby and found it was a great, quiet place to relax with restaurants and beaches close and within walking distance. The deluxe room comes with a small fridge, kettle, tv and plenty of room for us to lay out our baby mat. The bathroom was large and had hot water, good pressure. The surrounds were beautiful and well kept, the pool was great and relaxing. The staff were absolutely amazing and very helpful, always happy smiling and happy to give our baby girl cuddles and entertain her.

The rooms aren’t very dark and was a little hard to get our baby to sleep during the day but this wasn’t a major issue.
