Central location. Offered us a convenient place when we arrived late afternoon in Bologna. Clean

I was traveling for work and this place covered my expectations. It is well located - a short driving to the Bologna Fair and at about 15 minutes walking distance from the top center. It is a bit eccentric inside but it has its charm. The lady managing the place is very nice and warm. The room is at the ground level with a nice garden and a small charming table - perfect for a coffee time if you have such, which was not my case.

Nothing particular, everything was fine

The property is about 1.5km from the centre but I like walking and it's a straight line- very easy. There is a nice little coffee shop around the corner from the property and a restaurant on the corner of the road. I loved the decor. A lot of work has gone into it. The part of the proi stayed in had private rooms with locking doors and a communal area like a living room/dining room with a kitchenette. I didn't know tjis was a shared area. However, this wasn't a problem at all.

I guess I was shocked when somebody came into the shared living room because I didn't realise it was shared. Once that was established- all was ok. My cat shot up the chimney when the other people came in. He was shocked to. What a frightful mess he made!

It was ok

Perfect location for our plans. Near a small grocery store, pharmacy, specialty stores and bakery. Lovely outdoor area with table and chairs to relax outdoor. Enclosed property felt secure. Our host, Patti, was very accommodating. On a bus route. Within walking distance to the historic part of town.
