Very warm and friendly welcome; lovely and quiet location. Spotlessly clean and well presented house with a homely feel. Freshly baked bread for breakfast.

There is no kettle in the room.

Wonderful welcome, stay, amenities, food and service. I cannot recommend Anne's B&B more highly. I am now a repeat visitor to Inny River Lodge as it is simply a delightful place to stay.

There is nothing I didn't like. Full marks all round.
