Pulizia approssimativa, polvere e ragnatele, camera ricavata da una cucina rustica, letto sistemato affianco ad un grande camino. Armadio con vecchie coperte ammassate e altre dotazioni per il letto prive di protezione anti polvere. Macchinetta caffè con cialde usate nel fondo, segno del mancato controllo del precedente ceck out...Doccia che allaga pavimento, l'host dice che non si può sistemare...Basterebbe cambiare una guarnizione.

La seriedad a la hora de reponer todo muy bien diariamente. En esta época hace mucho calor en el piso superior pero el aire acondicionado es bueno y casi no hace ruido.

Tan sólo echamos de menos una tostadora para el pan de molde.

The breakfast was excellent, and was more than I expected. And the location was excellent, being right in the centre of the town

Very lovely host, she was very helpful and took the time to explain everything to me.

Grazia was very helpful and picked me up from Nuoro Hospital where my husband stayed overnight. The whole setup was very homey and just what I needed psychologically. The location is perfect and very central and breakfast do it yourself. There was water too.

The property is on 3 levels with open timber stairs Level 1 dining area with small fridge, microwave, kettle and coffee maker and bathroom Level 2 single bed Level 3 double bed We left all our luggage downstairs rather than move it up the stairs which made the dining area crowded. Great location in the old town. Paid street parking nearby. Breakfast is provided and refreshed daily- good selection.

The light in the dining room is on a sensor so if you spend any time in this room you need to regularly wave your arms to keep the light turned on. The amount of appliances plugged in to one power point in the dining room is concerning.
