"Estancia maravillosa en Oporto"

Me encantó el trato y la ayuda recibida por el anfitrión, Ricardo. Nada más llegar nos recomendó lugares para visitar, dónde comer y siempre con mucho cariño y profesionalidad. Sin palabras para describir el destino y que nos preparó para el 1 de enero ( espectacular es quedarse corto). El desayuno del hotel se sirve en una cafetería que está justo al lado y es de los mejores que he podido disfrutar, variado y con productos de gran calidad. Las habitaciones son cómodas, limpias y con todo lo necesario para q la estancia sea agradable

No hay nada que pueda decir de este alojamiento que no nos haya gustado.

"Très beau logement"

Le logement est idéalement placé, proche du centre ville de Porto et assez à l'écart de la ville pour être très calme. Ricardo, le propriétaire, nous a donné plein de bons plans pour que notre séjour se passe au mieux, on sent qu'il est amoureux de sa ville et qu'il aime partager ses bonnes adresses. La cuisine à disposition est un plus car très bien équipée. Le petit-déjeuner dans la pâtisserie située au rez-de-chaussée de l'immeuble est délicieuse.

Un problème de chauffage la première nuit nous a fait craindre pour la suite. Heureusement, Ricardo a été réactif en mettant dans la chambre un chauffage d'appoint. Tout est rentré dans l'ordre.

Čistota. Přátelský personál, Ricardo byl velmi ochotný, poskytl nám užitečné rady a doporučil místa, která v Portu navštívit.

V pokoji bylo méně místa a místo okna spíše taková štěrbina.

Everything was so good, owner was super friendly and helpful, told us everything we needed and tips about Porto. Room very clean. Also, bakery just downstairs is very convenient.

Man konnte das Frühstück in der Bäckerei gleich neben dem Eingang ins Hotel selber auswählen. Es war alles sehr schmackhaft.

Gute Betreuung am Ankunftstag. Wertvolle Informationen über Porto. Karte von Porto gemeinsam angeschaut und Tickets ausgedruckt. Super!!

Die Treppen waren etwas steil für mich (77 Jahre alt, 2 Koffer)
