Everything was smooth

Appreciate that the staff were helpful even though they could not speak English. Raj understood some very basic English but can’t communicate back verbally. Appreciate that we could leave the bags there after checkout. Raj helped us get an auto and agreed on a reasonable price for us to go to the railway station.

We were locked in (front shutters closed) from 10pm to until the staff wake up in the morning. We felt it was a fire trap. We had to wake them up to exit at 6:30am. There were 7 to 8 little cockroaches under the electric kettle which we were provided upon request. Toiletries were provided also upon request though these were in the contract. Seemed like there is a disjoint between what the staff awareness and the rental contract which was put in place by the management. Bedsheets also has holes and blood stains. Found dead bugs on bathroom floor.

The staff were excellent and polite.

Since IPL is on, the tv did not have any sports channel.

It was dirty. The sink in the bathroom was not cleaned. There were hairs on the bedsheets and stains on the cushion sheets. Sheets weren’t changed obviously. When we complained we got a different room that wasn’t really better. The bathroom door was so dirty from the inside, it looked like it wasn’t cleaned for ages. Same so the mirror. and the cupboard below it. The personal was also quite unfriendly and not helpful. We originally booked for 3 nights but left after 1.
