Posizione, tranquillità, parcheggio auto comodo, cortesia della proprietà, pulizia

In cucina mancava un asciugamano per piatti ed eventualmente qualche stoviglia in più (tipo anche insalatiera dove potersi fare un'insalatona). Pochissime grucce ed assenza di mollette da bucato per lo stendino. Il frigo, anche cambiando la temperatura, non faceva freddo a sufficienza.
