"Fantastic! Amazing breakfast! Must stay!"

Fantastic property. Very close to beach and central town area. Rooms good size with nice view and fantastic shutters for sleep. We stayed in the room with external private bathroom, but thanks to the separate curtain this is essentially an on-suite. Ines + Peter are excellent hosts and I cannot recommend breakfast enough - Ines is an excellent chef and accommodates a variety of diets! We will definitely return! Thank you!

Everything about the property was grand. Please spend an evening in the balcony, store your wines in the refrigerator, and use the available stuff for the beach!

Impossible to dislike something in this place. It’s the best place to stay in Sesimbra, and the one man army staff is worth 10 of your average hotel servants!

The breakfast! Oh my goodness, Iñes does a magnificent job making everything from the fruit plates, to die for pastries, and hot dish. The common space and room was beautiful, and you cannot beat the location. The beach chairs, umbrella, and towels (in a beach bag that is specifically yours) are also included. Both Iñes and Peter are amazing hosts!

The weight I gained from eating all the pastries! ;)

Absolutely gorgeous property, decorated with a lot of taste, with amazing views of Sesimbra and the beach, inviting you to relax. The hosts are super friendly and make you feel at home. And the breakfast, really really delicious…

Everything about this accommodation is fantastic. The location is first rate, the views from the very comfortable and restful public areas are second to none. The breakfast is wonderful and sets you up beautifully for the day. Ines and Peter are great hosts and deserve great credit for what they have created. We have no hesitation in recommending this to anyone visiting Portugal.

We cannot think of anything that we did not like.

Everything ! Incredible hosts … warm, friendly, welcoming and as for breakfast… cordon bleu trained chef unbelievable food. Beautiful location overlooking Sesimbra beach Just totally awesome
