Sigiriya Nature Resort

The hospitality was on another level – this is a genuine family-run spot with Mum, Dad, Brother, and Sister all hands-on, and you can feel the love and care they’ve put into every detail. The rooms are clean and comfortable, the food was delicious, and they made us feel like part of the family. They're currently building a treehouse-style room and a pool, and it already looks promising. We also booked a game drive with Prasanna (the brother) and it was unreal – we saw over 100 elephants alone thanks to his local timing, while hundreds of cars were arriving just as we were leaving. Pure insider knowledge.

In a good location

I didn’t sleep well for 2 nights due to 5 to 6 Lizards on the roof in between wooden slabs. Very annoying. Very afraid of them. Running here and there on the walls near to the bed. I struggled a lot. I was not happy due to my 2 days have disturbed becoz of no proper sleep.

Die Lage nicht direkt an der Strasse mit viel Natur drumherum. Die Besitzer sehr hilfsbereit, auf Anfrage haben die uns Transport von Flughafen zum fairen Preis organisiert. zusätzlich bieten die auch Tagestouren mit dem Jeep die einfach TOP sind. (haben wir auch ein Tagesausflug gebucht: eine Jeep Safari mit dem Besuch von Pollonaruwa). Der Frühstück und Abendessen sich auch einfach Klasse. Können wir nur weiterempfehlen.

Доброжелательный, ненавязчивый персонал. Прекрасный завтрак и отличный ужин за небольшую плату. Персонал предоставляет услуги по трансферу и организации различных экскурсий.

Super netter Gastgeber, grosse und saubere Zimmer in eigenem „Cabana“, sehr feines Frühstück. Die Schwester des Gastgebers hat uns zweimal Abendessen gekocht (super leckeres Rice&Curry). Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen! Ein Highlight war auch die Elefanten Safari, die vom Gastgeber organisiert & durchgeführt wurde. Preis-Leistung top!

Délután kint ülni a teraszon és nézni a pálmafát. A village tour ugyan kicsit mű, de csodaszép a tó és az ételek is finomak, szóval ajánlom.

Jó lett volna 4 szék, hogy mindenki le tudjon ülni.
