It was very comfortable and clean.

Very poor and minimal help from staff. Communication was via Whatsapp. Don’t expect any advice or help.

Top ligging, middenin het centrum op loopafstand van winkels, bars, restaurants en mooi park. Mooie kitchenette met eettafel. Complex met lift. Mooie kamer met ruime badkamer en ruime douche. Vriendelijke en servicegerichte host!

Helaas geen fles water in koelkast, terwijl dat bij alle overige locaties in Sardinië wel steeds was. Het vonden van een betaalde parkeerplaats is wel geluk en geduld hebben op bepaalde tijdstippen. Parkeerkosten echter dan wel weer heel redelijk. Let op Zone Limitato Traffico ZLT bij het aanrijden via Google Maps.

Pillows were of very low quality, extremely uncomfortable. There was no shower gel, no shampoo. There were hairs on the floor in the bathroom. Not even a bottle of water was provided. Never again.

Odsjela sam u zelenoj sobi,na petom katu,dostupno liftom.Lokacija odlična,čistoća i urednost,dodatni sadržaji u zajedničkom prostoru-kuhalo za vodu,toster,hladnjak,posuđe i pribor za jelo.Zbog kašnjenja aviona,došla sam kasno i nije bilo problema pri ulasku.Hvala,Luca!

Molto vicino al centro storico, alla stazione dei treni ed ai mezzi pubblici

La camera non è mai stata rifatta, mentre altri b&b la effettuano. Per 6 notti non abbiamo avuto sostituzione di lenzuola né di asciugamani. L’appartamento è per 4 persone, ma in cucina ci sono solo 2 sedie, 3 piatti e 2 cucchiaini. Suggeriamo di scrivere il tipo di rifiuti da inserire nei bidoni per una corretta differenziata (i colori non sono sufficienti). Suggeriamo di riscrivere il cognome sul campanello, perché di notte viene illuminato e non si legge perché si confonde con la scritta sotto.

"Achtung: Schimmel"

Das Zimmer war zum angegebenen Check In nicht fertig. Kontaktaufnahme mit Gastgeber war telefonisch nicht möglich und über WhatsApp mussten wir länger auf eine Rückmeldung warten. Achtung: als wir das Zimmer betraten ist uns sofort der extreme Schimmelbefall an mehreren Wänden aufgefallen (siehe Bilder). Der modrige Geruch war nicht durch Lüften zu beheben. Wir verstehen nicht wie man so ein Zimmer, was gesundheitsgefährdend ist, überhaupt anbieten kann. In Absprache mit dem Gastgeber und Booking haben wir das Zimmer sofort wieder verlassen, wobei hier die volle Rückerstattung problemlos war.
