The host was very responsive and helpful! The room was comfortable, nice and clean and the location was perfect!

The only slightly negative thing was that the soundproofing is not great, and you may hear a bit the neighbors. Other than that, I would book it again!

Clean and comfortable room. Easy check-in and -out

The property was clean, and the bed was comfortable, which is a rarity in Sardinia ( all beds/ mattresses are very inconfortable to sleep on). The property is very well positioned - close to the train station and city centre (walking distance to restaurants and shops).

The downside for us was the noise ... you could hear the door TV, which was on up until late. Also, be prepared to have some change with you (€) as there's a tourist tax that you'll be required to pay at the property (€1.5 / night/ person). We didn't have any cash on us, so we had to pay by Bank Transfer (not sure why this tax is not included in the room as it will make things much easier- but it might be something to do with how taxes are being collected that I might not be aware of...) Overall, we had a good time considering we've only stayed for one night.

Perfect location

Room was clean and comfortable, very close to old town, many restaurants and pubs close to the accommodation, the port its also at a 15 minute walk. I recommend for 2-3 nights stay.

Parking spaces are a challenge to find around

This property was very reasonably priced. It was the in the perfect location for access to the train and buses. Equally it was the perfect location for easy access to restaurants and the shopping area.
