Lovely place close to the centre of Sorrento.

Clean and in a great location. 18 min flat walk to bus station. Very close to main city square. Breakfast was included at a neighboring cafe. The host was very helpful and so kind.

I couldn’t open the bathroom door all the way but that was due to the architecture of the room. It was also interesting being in the front desk area of the apartment but it was a really nice and safe stay

The location was excellent, conveniently located at the end of the main street. The place felt very safe and any neighbour we met was very friendly. We room was spacious and clean with a balcony (street / carpark view). The room was cleaned daily. We were met on arrival by a very friendly member of staff and we had breakfast included in a local restaurant. Shower was nice too.

The bed was not very comfortable, the pillows in particular. There isn't really space / an area to relax in the accommodation apart from the bed or balcony. After a day of activities we would have appreciated a space to chill other than the bed before heading out in the evening.

A very well located apartment close to everything in Sorrento, despite it's central location the room was quiet. It's on the 3rd floor with an elevator The host was very kind and helpful. The apartment was equipped with a kettle, a small fridge, had a small balcony with a table. The bedroom was quite small, but this bed was comfortable.

The sofabed was very small and uncomfortable, it can be used for sitting but not for sleep. Not recommended if you are looking for a place with separate places to sleep, maybe good for a child. The water pressure of the shower was very low, the toilet also had some issues. The air-conditioning was quite noisy at night, and because of the glass blocks there was a small light all the night in the bedroom. The disposable plastic plates could be upgraded for normal ones.

Excellent location, very Clean bright modern comfortable room, nice decor, excellent shower, tea bags provided, NIce sheets , towels and comfortable beds. Antonino who met us on arrival is very pleasant and helpful.

Casa Matilde is not a "casa" but is on 3rd floor of and apartment block, that wasn't an issue, though the name is little misleading.. Biggest issue was that on arrival, the room was not set as a twin room that I had requested. Antonio who greeted us was very nice & helpful and sorted the for us. The room was small and separating the bed made it smaller, rail in wardrobe v high , need a stick to put hangers on rail, noisy street with lots traffic outside our window, though shutters shut most of that out at night. The room was much smaller than room depicted on Booking.com photos. Photos of entrance hall need to be updated on booking.com. IT was annoying that we had to pay with only 1 card as we are not a couple but 2 friends and wanted to pay separately, an exception could have been made as we were delayed because beds not as I requested. Also the woman who answered the phone when I called (from my friend's phone) on arrival was very rude and shouted that I didn't answer the text (it was impossible for me to answer as my phone died from taking too many photos at Pompeii!). We arrived at 6.50pm and I had told her our arrival would be 6pm - 7pm. All she had to say in a nice tone was "clearly you didn't get my text but Antonino will be there in 5 mins". Antonino in contrast was very friendly, helpful and courteous.

Room was cozy and clean. Localization is perfect.

air conditioning made a lot of noise and, despite of the complain, no one went there to fix it. It was hard to fall a sleep.

Perfect location, close to town and train/bus stations. Beautiful, clean place. Incredible value for money

The location was amazing! Staff also super friendly. Needed new towels and came within 3 minutes. Very spacious for 2 people.

Water pressure could of been better
