Il Ciottolo Sorrento

A spacious well-equipped apartment. Its shape is somewhat surprising but that's not a bad thing, just a trait.

The price might have been a bit too high in general but looks like it was typical for the center of Sorrento

The location is great. A 5 minute walk to the train station, close to the stairs to the port and right on Corso Italia. It was nice to have the cooking facilities as an option for self catering. Despite the internal noise, the perfect location made up for it.

This property is made up of lots of different B&Bs. The walls between apartments are not well insulated and so you can hear everything. You will definitely need earplugs to sleep.

The apartment was clean and comfortable. It had everything you needed, and was a great location. It was very quiet, even though it was just off the high street. Would definitely recommend.

An entire studio apartment in the centre of Sorrento. The location is brilliant and super convenient. Self check-in was easy as the kind host provided photos with simple explanations. The studio itself is large with a modern TV and air con. Breakfast vouchers are provided for a nearby cafe to get a coffee and pastry which was a nice touch. Francesca was always available via WhatsApp for questions and was very helpful. I was also pleasantly surprised to have no issues with noise at night time. The block is very quiet which I like.

The towels and bedding were a bit cheap. I found the towels to be unpleasant to use (very rough) and the bedding was very hot (stayed in Dec) which I suspect is due to synthetic fibers, although I didn't check. Neither of these points would stop me from staying again.

Location. Francesca, the host was lovely and really looked after us, as well as buying us a 40th wedding anniversary present!

2 Apartments separated by a flimsy wall with a door blocked up by a wardrobe. You could hear your neighbours every word!

Spacious, lovely courtyard, good breakfast nook. Francesca was wonderful!

Pillows weren’t the comfiest and the shower spray was a bit firm but neither were too much of an issue.
