Incredible hosting. We had the best time and would highly recommend to anyone!!

Everything was great, from the welcoming fireplace that Erico constantly fed to the comfortable and spotless room, healthy breakfast (don't miss the seasonal juices!), and fantastic view.

Absolutely nothing, it was really an excellent experience, and I'm already planning to return when I'm back in the area.

We've been staying at the apartment in Capalbio for 1 night on our way to Tuscany. It turned out to be a great choice. The host waited for us till arriving safetly despite the late hour and the room was simple but very comfortable and cozy. Shiny clean and include everything you need to get a good night sleep Breakfast was nice addition, great service, view is fantastic and we had the chance to visit nearby medieval town Capalbio.

The room is actually located inside the owner house at the 2nd floor while the lower floor is dedicated to the guests for breakfast (with a private entrance). didn't bother us at all.

A lovely place to stay very close to Capalbio which is such a beautiful, ancient town. The owners were really friendly and the communications before our stay were excellent. Breakfast was delicious and we also enjoyed throwing the frisbee for the dog!

Beautifully thought out spaces. Well decorated rooms, felt like I was sleeping in a Pinterest board. It really made me relaxed. The hosting was the best I’ve had in Italy to date, caring and helpful hosts. Truly made me feel like I was home and welcome in their space. If I can be I will be back.

The host was exceptionally kind, pleasant, and went above and beyond to ensure we felt welcome. The location was beautiful, and the breakfast was excellent, with the host taking special care to accommodate different diets (vegan ) etc. Bonus for the lovely dog at the propoerty who gave us the best welcome every time we stepped out.
