Casale Amendolagine

The first thing about Casa Amandalogine, its looks: the main house is stunning. In the evening when the lights are on it is a mix between a miedeavel building and something out of a fairy tale. We slept in the trulli, which was comfortable, cool and also beautifully designed. It is quiet and the olive trees all around are tranquil base for exploring the lively cities of Giovanazza, Molfatta and Terlizzi. Giovanazza is very scenic at night while Terlizzi is just a fun little Italian city, with nice little bars and good food. Bari is a 40 minute drive (or a train ride away) and is a fantastic, bustling city. To come back to the quiet olive grove was just what we needed after a busy day. Good shower, nice bathroom. It is all a bit small due to the size of the trulli so you have to love your companion.

If you are a city-person this is not your place.

Very tastefully designed, beautiful house, very secluded located in the middle of olive orchard but only seven minutes drive to Terlizzi or 25 to Bari. The owners-a family living on premises, was very accommodating. Feliciana asked in advance about our breakfast preferences and was always there to make sure everything is to our liking. Their olive oil is delicious-too bad we couldn’t buy it to take with us on a plane.

It would be nice to have some shelves or a small chest of drawers in the room. Also, the bathroom is behind the room divider with no door, so if you are not an old couple like us (we don’t care about toilet privacy) you need to use it strategically.

The cottage was absolutely amazing! Literally looked like something from a fairytale, and the hosts were amazing. Breakfast was delicious, and included a few local/traditional foods that were great to try.

Amazing location in the middle of the olive garden, very quit place. Romantic place for dinner at night. Suitable for traveling by car (about 2 km from town). The hosts were very attentive and accommondating.

The room was very modern and clean with a good breakfast. The environment was quiet and peaceful, amidst the olive trees. The hosts were very welcoming.

The place and the host are amazing! The Trulli in-between of olive trees is very authentic and it's a quiet and relaxing place to stay! Also the town Terlizzi is really charming and has great restaurants like "il tumma" to offer.

Everything was perfect. Michele un exceptional host, we enjoyed every minute in this wonderful house. And very special thanks for the early morning coffee!😍 The city is surprisingly beautiful and full of life even in October. We hope to turn back soon!
