Wushih Surf Hostel

The host was very friendly, even if she didn't speak a lot of English, she sent a ton of great recommendations on Whatsapp that helped a lot. The rooftop is great, and the free snacks and drinks were really appreciated. The bed was comfortable.

It is a bit of a walk from the train station, but not bad, about 15 minutes. In terms of being a Hostel, there wasn't really anyone else around, so there wasn't much of a community feeling.

The host were so helpful and nice for giving advice and arrangements .

Better if they can rent bicycles, we ll be more convenient to travel from the beach to touching city

The owner was always smiling and happy to be living in this little surf community. The room was super clean and the king bed comfortable. We could hear the ocean from our room. They provided water and fresh fruit daily and the afternoon hang out on the roof was absolutely amazing. Thank you for caring so much!

The owners are really nice to interact with. They are willing to go above and beyond to make sure you have an enjoyable and pleasant stay. We rented surf boards and wet suits here, too, and all were great quality. It's super close to a really neat surfing community. Liked it so much we stayed an extra night. The hosts also offer perks like free drinks and snacks to make your stay a bit more comfortable.

It's the small things that make a stay wonderful- fresh fruit, a hot scallion pancake after surf and coffee. Wonderful hospitality with kind and helpful owners. It's a great location (walk straight to surf from door), clean, cozy and the shower was hot.

The owners of the hotel were very friendly and accommodating. They provided breakfast and coffee each morning and I rented a surfboard and wetsuit each day. The hostel is across the street from a path to the beach, so surfing was very convenient. My room was clean and had some interesting art on the walls. The bed was comfortable and since I was the only person staying it was very quiet.

My room only had very small high windows that were frosted and faced a temple parking lot. Other rooms had larger windows that faced trees, which would have been nicer. There are some restaurants nearby, but they're mostly for foreigners (pizza, beer). I ended up going into Toucheng and Jiaoxi for meals at local places. It's a ~15 minute walk to the train station.

Amazing little surf hostel with very friendly and hospitable hosts. The lovely breakfast every morning was delicious, healthy, and nutritious. They rent surfboards and the beach break is basically only a few minutes away. You should bring mosquito spray before going outside, but that's the case everywhere here.
