Very comfortable clean room.

We stayed on 2 separate occasions - the first time saw no-one at all, the second time bumped into the owner on our way out. Understand they have to work, but it would be nice to have someone there to greet guests. Felt quite impersonal. Would generally expect breakfast to be included for the price paid.

Location to Ullapool centre only 10 minutes. Lovely room and pleasant owner

DIY was happening under our room window on the front drive which we were unaware of. We planned 2 days there for a rest whilst travelling the NC500 but the clanging and power tools kept us from our rest day unfortunately.

The house was a few minutes walk from all the restaurants in Ullapool, but best of the stay were Maree and David, the hosts. They went above and beyond to help in any way they could.

This was joint best stay of our trip, Everything excellent. Welcoming hosts, everything spot on

Good location, with safe parking for our classic car. Owner was lovely and really helpful. Short walk to the harbour front where there are plenty of places to eat.
