Bon Accord Mirissa

The hotel is located close to Mirissa's main beach. It's clean, tidy, and cozy. The room has everything you need for a stay; we were even given towels and a beach bag, which was a nice touch! Prasad, the owner, is an incredible person, very friendly and courteous. He prepared new dishes for breakfast for us every day, and at the check-in he gave us a leaflet with all the sights of Mirissa. In addition to the room, we also had umbrellas, flashlights, and a shared refrigerator. I've never seen such care for guests anywhere! I wish this hotel prosperity and will definitely return!

This accommodation was recommended to us by friends who were very enthusiastic about it and convinced us with their enthusiasm. So we decided to book and spent three nights there. What we experienced was not just simple accommodation. It was a mixture of hospitality, warmth and gratitude. Prasad told us about Sri Lankan country and history, prepared us a typical Sri Lankan breakfast, typical dishes that we hadn't tried after 10 days in Sri Lanka, took us to an ethical whale watching organisation in the morning, helped us with all our questions and gave us really good tips. The house is really well maintained and we would give it 100 points for cleanliness. We have never felt so welcomed with open arms and hearts as we did in this house. Thank you for everything, we had a wonderful time in Mirissa. Thank you to Prasad and his friend for making this time so wonderful.

Room was very clean and close to the beaches. Host was very kind, booked the whale trip and transportation for us. He allowed us to use the bathroom & store the luggage before & after the check-in/out hours. He provided information on the nearby beaches & recommended restaurants, which were very good.

Wir haben sowas noch nie im Leben erleben dürfen…der Gastgeber war so hilfreich und nett..er hat uns sogar morgens um 5:45 Uhr zum Hafen gefahren, weil wir eine Tour gemacht haben!..nach unserer Rückkehr wartete er ganz überraschend auf uns um uns abzuholen!…so einen herzlichen Menschen haben wir noch nie getroffen!..wir würden sofort wieder kommen

Beautifully clean and comfortable with every attention given to our comfort and enjoyment. The host went above and beyond to welcome us to Mirissa and enhance our stay; we really felt like special guests in his home. Very well situated for the beach and whale watching tours. Beautiful tropical fruit breakfast, freshly bought from the market that morning!

Prasad ist ein sehr herzlicher und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber. Er hat uns ganz kurzfristig eine Führung in die Zimtplantage organisiert 🙏🏽 und ist für alle Fragen offen. Seine Unterkunft ist sehr sauber, gemütlich und ruhig. In 5 min ist man am Strand und viele Restaurants sind in der Nähe. Das Frühstück war für uns auch mal etwas ganz besonderes. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.
