Quail Haven Queen Room

It was an absolute pleasure to stay with such lovely, kind, and generous host.

Very comfortable and complete facilities - everything we need is there.

Nothing I can think of.

This was our favourite stay in New Zealand! The hosts, Penny and Paul, were lovely. The suite is beautiful - clean and with everything you need. The second bed is behind a 4/5 wall which allows a bit of privacy. We loved the fruit from the property that Penny so generously shared with us. We had a great visit and ended up staying a second night.

Just everything was perfect. Personable and kind Host waited up for us to arrive, welcomed us, and showed us into our accommodation. A bowl of tasty fruit was an unexpected extra. Tranquil and pleasantly green surroundings. A wonderful selection of breakfast foods provided. A later checkout is standard.

Perfect time and space to have a break away exploring a new location and new scenery!

Penny is welcoming and brought us fresh fruit picked from her orchard. We also loved the secret hike she told us about.

My wife and I spent a couple of nights in the Queen room, which was pretty nice. Host Penny was very friendly and made us feel very welcome. Wonderful surroundings and a great place for some quiet time away. Breakfast was simple continental. Home made jam and the fresh plums were a treat Minor inconvenience was inability to connect wifi to our laptop (could have been an issue on our device though, as wifi on the phone worked seemlesly). Really the only thing which would be great to add is a small kitchenette.
