The location was perfect for our short tour round the Essex and Suffolk border. The room met our needs, was, was spotlessly clean and, the bed was was very comfortable. Vanessa and her husband made us very welcome and gave good advice on the local eateries.

The cooked breakfast was excellent, but a little more variety of cereals and some fruit would have been welcome. It was probably available but we didn't like to ask.

Clean and comfortable room with excellent bathroom, also very clean. Beautiful breakfast with friendly service.

We would have appreciated it if there was a little more space in the room but it was quite adequate.
