The follow up made till I reach the hotel for check-in

Booked AC room and I was given a room with no AC. Also, a very small and congested room. The TV in the room is a joke. Seeing something like that for the first time in my life. Tiny screen mounted on the wall to call it as a TV (some tab like low cost Chinese item).
