The staff is really friendly

The place is not well maintained, everything is falling apart. There was mold everywhere in the bathroom and the doors would not close properly. Requested for a refund because the place is not livable. Ceiling is peeling off and the TV is just so small. If you decide to come here, please find a different place. Reporting to CPA.

WiFi connection was good.

1. The room is too small, there’s no cupboard for clothes. 2 the light was positioned so awkwardly it made the rest of the room dark. 3. The hot tub is not available for everyone- misleading on the booking.com app 4. My neighbour had a problem with his room and started shouting at 9pm… spoiled my sleep.

Location was ok.The helper was very friendly and helpful.

Very cramped room.No cupboards.No hot water on the first 2 days.No toilet door or curtain on the first 2 days.Toilet curtain and hot water was then sorted out.Braai stand outside was broken and in a pathetic condition.Had only 1 towel each for 5 days.Bedding was not changed.Will submit fotos separately.

Safety and security...garage doors faulty and open night times. Garden not to enjoy. Own remotes will be helpful.

The staff, they were really friendly, helpful, especially the hostess. That lady was nothing short of a star. She really made the stay easy. Five stars for the whole team.

No aircon or even a heater. Bare minimum in terms of facilities, granted, the price is really low, but a little bit more investment would help the place. The quality of fittings around the property needs some attention.
