Clean room..very warm. Comfy bed. Liked black n white decor

Walls paper thin. Could hear next door rooms conversation. Kids running up n down corridor. Doors constantly banging. Also could hear hosts walking around downstairs from 7.30 am n doors banging.

Lovely, peaceful and cosy will definitely stay again

Parking was easy, clean, excellent value for money.

I got bit multiple times at night on my legs, could have been a spider or bug, but just uncomfortable. It’s the only thing that brought the stay down.

Great location, within walking distance to winter gardens in the centre of Blackpool. The room was minimalistic, simple and clean with a functioning shower and basic necessities (tea coffee, towels and soap)

Parking is a struggle. It’s pretty much first come first served in the parking area outside the property. This would not put me off staying there again.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. All our needs were met.

Limited parking at the guest house, but plenty of parking within walking distance.
