Friendly welcome even though we only just made the 10pm check-in. Large room with small shower space but husband found it easy to use which was amazing! Good choice of food at breakfast. Free car parking outside the hotel which was great. Short walk to the tram and seafront.

Hot chocolate and biscuits provided in the room (as well as tea and coffee) on first night but not on the second which was a little disappointing as they were tasty.

The host’s was very helpful, friendly and even offered a football scarf to my partner. Close to pub that did food. Room was nice size and clean

Lovely place ,absolutely spotless . Very welcoming and friendly from the moment we arrived .The breakfast was superb and lots of choice . Onsite parking a big plus. Location just right for tram access to all areas close to Blackpool. Will definitely return .Thankyou

Trudi and Malcolm are wonderful people, friendly, welcolming and very attentive and nothing is a problem. I visit Blackpool every August for the Rebellion punk festival, have booked in for next year's festival already 😀

The hosts Trudi and Malcomb were great And very accommodating. The accommodation was very clean well maintained and friendly hotel. The breakfast brilliant yes have a late night but get up for breakfast well worth it
