"A great value hotel with very friendly and welcoming owners"

Breakfast was great - freshly cooked, hot and great quality

The only thing I would mention is the bathroom was very small, otherwise everything was great

"Fabulous stay"

Excellent location, rooms clean and well presented, owners Trudi and Malcom very welcoming and helpful, excellent breakfasts. You cannot go wrong with this hotel, not far to a tram stop little corner shop 20yds up the road. Quiet location .

The staff where really friendly and happy to assist with anything.

Not that we didn't like, I'd just prefer a slightly bigger tv in the room. However everything else was spot on!

everything was perfect the room,the welcome we received from trudi and malcolm,they were just so polite and courteous, would definitely stay again, breakfast was excellent and we had such a great time at the fernroyd,thanks trudi and malcolm x
