Lovely room, great location, we had a fab trip. A fab place to stay with an excellent breakfast. Michael and Paul were so welcoming. We’ll be back next year.

Everything was absolutely fantastic. We had our own parking space room, which was immaculately clean. Facilities that are above and beyond the hosts are an amazing couple very friendly, and the cutest little ruby will be staying again!

"Lytham festival stay"

The room was large, comfortable, and well presented. Loved the little touches. Breakfast was delicious. Hosts were very welcoming and couldn't do enough for you. A little gem.

Location was fantastic Owners were extremely friendly they couldn’t do enough for us Breakfast was also brilliant The whole home was sooo clean Overall an excellent stay
