"Ocean View is a scam. They should not be allowed to advertise on Booking.com. They Click Bait consumers."

I have lodged a complaint with Booking.com and they have done absolutely nothing. The advert was a scam and I was placed in a basement room. I did not stay because the advert was a scam. I requested an immediate refund, the owner and booking.com have done nothing. I am highly dissatisfied and I would like to speak to your CEO
