A surcharge of EUR 10 applies for arrivals from 13;00 to 19:30. A surcharge of EUR 20 applies for arrivals from 19:30 to 22:00. A surcharge of EUR 30 applies for arrivals from 22;00 to 23;00 All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property. This property offers self-check-in only. Please note that the use of air conditioning has an extra cost of 10 euros per day. Please note that dogs/pets will incur an additional charge of 10 Euro per day per dog/pet If you use a credit card in the name of a person who is not present, written authorization is required, to be sent by email to le terrazze2021@gmail.com, accompanied by the identity document of the credit card owner. Please inform the property at least by 5:00 PM on the day of arrival, or at least 5 hours before the expected check-in time. All requests for check-in outside the scheduled hours are subject to the property’s approval and must be requested at least 5 hours prior to arrival.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A deposit may be required at the property.
