The most convenient location and a clean and well equipped space! Amazing value for money and helpful host.

It would have been nice to have recycling points. Early morning delivery noises can't be helped. In fact, it is obvious that much care was taken in insulating against noise where possible.

Very free and private. Good kitchen organised. Also rooms, bathroom too.

It's a very lively neighbourhood. Throughout the night, the local residents and the seagulls seemed to be engaged in an ongoing competition for territorial rights, with neither side willing to concede defeat. Any hope of a peaceful morning ended at 5:30 a.m. when a laundry truck arrived and parked directly outside my window — the one shown in the photo, right next to the entrance. The driver kindly shared his phone conversation with the entire street through my slightly open window, accompanied by a loud radio broadcast, his running commentary on it, and a series of enthusiastic truck-door slams.

location was great, host was great, real big rooms and the small food supplies was good also the fresh milk in the fridge.

It’s old, beds, furniture etc. No usb ports to charge devices. When the fridge starts it sounds like your neighbour is having a pee and it’s noisy. My room was at front door so all the smoke came in from them smoking outside.

Fresh air fan was loud but didn’t want to turn it off as there wasn’t a window

Comfortable beds, clean and good shower, food (bread, eggs, butter, jams and cheese) provided to make breakfast for yourself, very near to Royal Mile and everything the city centre has to offer!

Could do with more chairs in the shared kitchen: we were 4 people and there were 4 chairs. Fine, if no one else wants to use the kitchen at the same time, which is highly unlikely in the mornings, so some of us had to stand. Nothing else really, can recommend.
