Floors a bit creaky!

Malgré que l'hébergement soit situé dans la vieille ville, le lieu était calme et reposant (pas de bruit de circulation des voitures ou des passants). La literie était confortable et le petit déjeuner offert très appréciable. Le B and B était dans un vieil immeuble atypique et plein de charme.

La chambre qui était très petite était fournie d'un bureau. Je conseillerai de remplacer celui-ci par une commode.

The place is located in a quiet little alley in Edinburgh´s old town - very quaint and, if on foot, easy to reach by public transportation and a brief walk. The owners are running a tight ship, free coffee and some small snacks were very welcome in the kitchen area downstairs.

I have stayed there a few times already, and mostly there is nothing to complain. One night I had to "quiet" a strange whistling noise coming from a pipe from what appeared to be part of the heating system - it´s a very, very old building (centuries) and I´m sure there are a few bugs here and there in the plumbing or heating systems. Although the place is located in a small alley somewhat off the beaten path, revelers from nearby pubs and bars sometimes venture past at night, and that can be a noisy affair. Didn´t ever bother me, but others might find it hard to fall back asleep.

Le peu de toilettes dans la même pièce que la salle de bains et la très petite taille de la chambre

Alojamiento con muy buena ubicación, la cocina esta muy bien equipada para una estadía cómoda, los baños son limpios y la gente es muy respetuosa en el uso de los espacios comunes

Nos tocaron días de fiesta en un bar cercano y nuestra habitación daba hacia la calle por lo que se escuchó mucho ruido en las noches

Líbila se nám blízkost ubytování k centru města. V okolí je spoustu barů a restaurací, kaváren a obchodů. Je to v dochozi vzdálenosti busu na letiště.

Pokoj byl ve sklepě s malinkým okýnkem a tudíž se nedalo pořádně vyvětrat. Vybavení pokoje už zažilo lepší časy. Trochu nás zamrzelo, že jsme majiteli přivezli z Prahy čokoládu a nedostalo se nám ani obyčejného díky.
