"A quaint house in a charming Texas town with even more fabulous breakfast."

Great location. Easy to find. The breakfast was killer. Reminded me of my grandmas house growing up, which is a great thing. Warm. Welcoming. With amazing food.

Clean, beds are very comfortable and spacious for our family. Hostess was welcoming and friendly. Morning breakfast was homemade and excellent! It was relaxing throughout our stay.

Narrow driveway for pickup trucks or large SUV’s.

Lila was a great communicator, made a delicious breakfast and was very attentive to our preferences. I loved the history shared throughout the residence about the remodel, the family and the town.

The breakfast was all homemade. No powdered eggs here.

The clients are not allowed to adjust the thermostat. We were able to contact the owner and get her to remotely adjust the thermostat down to a more comfortable temperature but it took about an hour to get the temperature down, delaying our bedtime.
