Great place to stay very close to the airport! The accommodation was very safe as in a locked street only accessible with key. Owners were very friendly and helpful, always reachable via phone in case anything was needed. Happy to come again!

"Bed not as expected but somehow better"

Clean, very quiet, comfortable bed, friendly staff

The room was listed as a king with a bunk bed. We got two double beds and they said that was the only option. But they were so comfortable that we still had a good night's sleep!

The owners and staff were so welcoming! The room was very clean, the shower was lovely, the bed was comfortable, linens were soft, room had a window, and a nice a/c. There were lovely spaces to lounge and the mall is just steps away. The owners even made us breakfast early as we had to go to the airport before normal breakfast hours and were so friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend staying here!

We needed a place close to the airport in Guayaquil and Villa 97 was just perfect! The owners are super nice and helpful, the accomodation is beautiful and clean and the breakfast was most delicious. We wish we could have stayed longer in Guayaquil (we did not feel unsafe at all) and will definitely come back to this place if we can.

"Met our needs"

Breakfast and location were just fine

To get to our room we had to climb 2 stories. I have arthritis in both knees we asked for a shuttle from the airport but at the last minute they could not come leaving us to accept an unknown taxi at a higher price. I probably will not return otherwise I liked the facility
