Es war ein kurzer aber herzlicher Aufenthalt! Die Lage ist in der Nähe des Flughafens und sicher! Das Frühstück war sehr gut!

Una experiencia muy agradable ✨ Todo estuvo muy lindo, las instalaciones cómodas y limpias. Destaco especialmente el excelente servicio y la atención del personal de Wendy, siempre amables y atentos en todo momento. Sin duda volveríamos a hospedarnos aquí.

Las habitaciones son limpias, cómodas y bien cuidadas, lo que hizo que me sintiera muy a gusto. La ubicación es excelente y el ambiente del lugar es tranquilo y agradable. Además, el personal fue siempre muy amable, atento y servicial. Sin duda, es un lugar que recomendaría y al que volvería con gusto.

Close to mall del sol shopping

I liked how close it was to the airport and the mall del sol. How communicative the host was, she was messaging me right after I booked. There were 2 gates for the whole block, on top of the gate for the building, if the host did not message, i would not have been able to enter. So many gates definitely made me worry about safety more. There was a lounging area, with drinking water. There was a fridge in my room, a tv, a very tiny desk and small chair, a closet, a bed, AC, small bathroom, towels, hand soap and shampoo. The male host was very helpful too, and he speaks English. Female host Wendy does not speak English.

My room was extremely small, barely any space between and bed and the walls, I almost fell a few times as the floor was slippery too with the rug, and I bumped my knees into the bed frame. At night, If I had the AC on, it was too cold to sleep and I only had a thin sheet on the bed, if I turned off the AC, it was too hot to sleep. I went to bed at 130am, so I did not ask the host for a blanket as it was too late. The bed was not very comfortable, it felt springy. There was hair on my sheets, and pillow cases. The window is right above my bed, and it got very bright in the morning. All of those things above made me not able to sleep.

Le falta aire acondicionado en la sala de espera. En esta época hace mucho calor en Guayaquil

Close to the airport and a huge mall. Great breakfast. Super nice and helpful owners/staff.

Couldn't get the water hot. No milk for coffee upstairs.
