The breakfast was superb. The owners were very friendly and helpful re recommendations of restaurant etc. The hotel was very clean and. comfortable . Great location in hearne bay on the front seaside .

"A really lovely stay - if we come back to Herne Bay we will definitely consider staying here again!"

Tony was super friendly and made us feel right at home. He is very funny and easy to chat to and gave us great suggestions for places to visit. He also rememebered that we were there for my friend's wedding and asked us about how it went the next day - the little things like that are always really appreciated. The breakfast was brilliant, best bacon I have ever had! Due to an issue with our planned room we were upgraded free-of-charge to a room with a sea view, which was so beautiful we've decided that next time it will be worth paying the extra for the sea view as it made the stay so much better.

We did have an issue with the light in our bathroom on the first day, however Tony was very quick to get a replacement and sort this out for us.

Everything! Clean room, beautiful sea view, amazing breakfast. Tony will tell you the best places to eat. He's a brilliant host. We shall return.

"In need of an upgrade I'm afraid"

The location is beautiful, right on the sea front and with local pubs and restaurants close by. Very comfortable bed. Toni and Sally tried to make us feel comfortable.

The booking in process was very laboured. There were 7 of us and took a long time to record what we all wanted for breakfast. A breakfast form would have made this process a lot easier. Difficult to find a time to come down for breakfast, so we had to come down at different times. The breakfast was cold. Light in the bathroom not working, basin in my parents room was blocked.
