The rooms are clean & well maintained as it looks to be a new property, housekeeping is done regularly.

1. The property is managed by a caretaker who can hardly speak hindi /english (had much difficulty in communication) 2. probably this is the first hotel/ property i have seen, where u need to pay at checkin. 2. Everything here is self service, no room service available. Even you will have get drinking water by yourself from the common water dispenser, downstairs. 3. Though the rooms are clean, the bed sheets & cover looked somewhat old...infact the first room i got had a tainted bedcover, after which i was given a different room. 4. Bathroom is clean / well equipped but without any hanger to rest your clothes. No toiletries were provided. 5. The room has an electric kettle but no cups or tea sachets to make your own tea/coffee. 6. As there is no fooding service, u need to order everything from swiggy/zomato and have ur meal at the common dining space using property provided dishes/utensils .. the table/ dish cleaning however is done by caretaker
