Punto ottimo per arrivare al treno, praticamente davanti alla stazione, nonostante ciò i rumori dei treni era davvero minimo. Stanza curata, pulita e possibilità di avere una culla molto grande per i bimbi. Lo staff era molto accogliente e disponibile. Consiglio vivamente questo posto! Ah e colazione inclusa nel prezzo

The Railway 74 es un B&B perfecto para una estadia de 3 dias en la Zona de LA SPEZIA / CINQUETERRE. Es de Muy facil acceso, pero lo mejor es la atencion de DONALD, quien nos ayudo muchisimo y resolvio nuestra estadia de manera profesional y muy agradable en su trato con los huespedes. Habitaciones, baño, desayuno y patio son exquisitos. Disfrutamos y volveriamos sin dudarlo!

Sabiendo que esta ubicado a 100 metros de las vias, se escuchan los trenes, pero eso le da un toque romantico a la estadia!

Der Check in war kompliziert, da niemand vor Ort war! Wir mussten erst telefonieren, damit wir wussten welches Zimmer wir bekommen, obwohl wir eine ungefähre Ankunftszeit angegeben hatten! Das lustige daran war… In der Zimmertür steckte der Schlüssel, die für wirklich jeden zugänglich gewesen wäre!!!

ottima posizione a tre minuti dalla stazione centrale, ottima accoglienza; essendo arrivati con il treno molto prima dell'orario previsto per il check-in, ci hanno permesso di lasciare il bagaglio e visto che la stanza era pronta, ci è stata assegnata subito. La stanza: accogliente, pulita e da poco ristrutturata. Colazione abbondante e varia. La vicinanza alla stazione per quanto riguarda il passaggio dei treni, non da nessun problema sia per i doppi vetri delle finestre sia perchè di notte i treni sono pochissimi. In tutti i modi noi non li abbiamo sentiti. Un ringraziamento a Donald e al suo staff.

La ubicación cerca de la estación de tren. Nos recibieron el equipaje por la mañana temprano, mucho antes del check in, eso es muy útil!

My room was clean and breakfast was good. Owner’s dad is very kind.

There was no one at reception when I arrived for check-in, even though I rang the intercom. I had to call via WhatsApp, and someone who seemed to be the owner answered. He appeared to be out in a very noisy place, and during a video call it was difficult to hear him while he tried to explain where the key and my room were located. I had read reviews saying that guests might not be able to stay if they arrive after 7:30 pm, so I made sure to come from Cinque Terre well before that time. Despite this, the check-in process took more than 30 minutes because there was no one on site. I checked out early the next morning and forgot about the €5 luggage fee I had paid when I left my luggage before check-in. I was going to pay when I checked in. I only remembered it because the owner sent me a message saying that the €5 luggage fee and the city tax had not been left in the room and that he would contact Booking.com if I did not pay. Since the owner was not present at check-in and there was no clear explanation that money should be left in the room, receiving a message that sounded like a threat felt very unprofessional.
