Bed was comfortable and the room was clean.

It said in the description that our room had, a washing machine, tumble dryer, dish washer, toaster, mini bar fridge. It had none of these. Also the heating was turned off on the 1st March 26 and the air conditioner remote did not work. We were sick and cold. They replaced the remote but took 2 hours for someone to reply to us.

Everything great, position, staff etc.

1 bed was unsleepable in. Fortunately there were 2 in the room. Staff thanked us for letting them know about it.
