This property is in an excellent location. 2 minutes walk in one direction to Teatro Massimo and 2 minutes in the other to Capo Market. Small supermarket round the corner to stock up if needed. Hotel staff really friendly and helpful. My room was huge and the balcony was perfect.

Not a dislike but something to be aware of - you need a code entry to get into the building and another to access the B and B. These were sent to me via the messaging on the Booking app. If you don’t have the app, make sure you have a way to receive these. When I arrived a couple were outside and didn’t know how to get in as they had booked online.

"Gute Lage, aber große Probleme mit Wasser"

Nette und sehr bemühte Dame beim Frühstück

Parkplatz inbegriffen ist eine Lüge, es gibt nur öffentliche Parkplätze. Die Unterkunft hat Probleme mit dem Wasser bzw. Abwasser. Wir hatten über Stunden kein Wasser und konnten deshalb das WC nicht benutzen!! Vermieter meinte daraufhin, dass er am nächsten Tag schauen wird.
