Located in a very quiet village with only 4 families and 8 people in total. The house is on the hill, not too far nor too close to the hosts. It has absolutely beautiful view. The host couple and the 90 years old mother are the nicest people. I forgot my iWatch before I left. They managed to bring it to Ivanjica so it's easier for us to pick it up. We really love them. We printed the photos with the family and left them as souvenirs. The neighbors are also friendly. We visited a family and another one came to chat for two nights. We will definitely go back in future. This is the best place for people to escape from noisy city life.

Nothing really for the hosts. It is sad to leave the homeless dog there. She was our friend and waiting for us everyday.

Dream location, 10/10 experience.

. The single thing I would improve is the lounge lighting is too bright. With some small side lamps, say 2, and yellow not white bulbs, it would be much more romantic & cosy than the practical, sun power central brilliant white light now. It's such a nice lounge, it's a shame not to be romantic.

Everything about this place is wonderful, a real gem! Location is beautiful in the hills. We arrived after a cold and rainy day in mid-May and were met with a warm house, delicious dinner and a comfortable bed and rooms. Breakfast was equally delicious, everything home-made and one of the best breakfasts we had during our 2 weeks in the Balkans. Wifi is good, family is friendly (we communicated with translation app) Highly recommended!

We are totally in love with this place. I booked it last minute without researching or reading reviews in advance. Next thing we knew we drove to someone's farm in the dark. Check-in was a bit challenging since the lady does not speak a word of English, and we both don't speak any Serbian (we view this as our fault anyway). Don't let this discourage you. The views are amazing. This villa is great for a couple, a small family, and a small group of friends. It has two rooms and is equipped with a full kitchen. I would suggest if you don't speak Serbian install the voice app to translate. If you are not in rush go for breakfast. It is really special food for us as foreigners.

You will need a car to reach this place. Loved everything. These are just suggestions: 1. Make the Wi-Fi password visible. Write on white paper and stick it on a wall instead of on a box. 2. We could appreciate bigger towels instead of handtowels

hosts cant speak english at all and it took 40mins to understand the payment; time wasted from our schedule
