החזירה לנו את מלוא התשלום לאחר שלא רצינו להתארח בתנאים אלו

שירות גרוע, מארחת לא מתחשבת, לקח זמן רב לחכות בחוץ עד שנהנתה לצאת עלינו ולהראות את החדרים. הזמנו 2 חדרים צמודים והיא רצתה לתת למו 2 חדרים בנפרד, האחד מעבר לכביש בצד השני

חוסר תקשורת, לא ענו לי בטלפון ולא במייל, ניסיתי מהבוקר לתאם לגבי ההגעה בערב - לא ענו. הגענו בלילה ונאלצנו לבד לחפש בחושך חדרים פנויים, מצאנו חלקי חדרים, מפוזרים. מקום שלא מומלץ להגיע. מעולם לא נתקלתי בכזה שרות גרוע ואני נוסע המון
