Very friendly host who is very accommodating and helpful with anything you may need during your stay

Only had a fan for cooling so must be conscious in the hotter weather (30-35 degrees celsius) for our stay)

"Great location, wonderful host but unfortunately far too hot"

Nic was really nice, could not fault him. He was welcoming, talked us through a map of Bologna once we arrived and showed us some great happy hour spots! Everything was clean. The location was perfect

The room has no air-conditioning and no fans so it is absolutely roasting hot. The street noise gets so loud at around 6am that you can’t have the windows open anymore so it gets hotter. The shower is not mounted on anything so you do have to hold it whilst you shower. The walls are paper thin, for 2 nights we could hear some bloke snoring like he was in the same room. The towels need updating too. The changes needed are not overly costly and would make it the perfect place to stay
