The room was very clean, quiet, and everything essential was there. Very nice environment, but the facilities are the bare essentials, slowly being renovated. The cafe/bar/restaurant in the basement is very nice to visit and very practical. The staff is friendly and very honest and trustworthy. It was a nice experience, and I plan to visit again.

The door needed to be locked in order to stay closed. WiFi reception in the room was bad. However, I was able to stay and work in the bar/restaurant in the basement, which has great WiFi reception. There was a general lack of coordination and organisation, but everything could be solved in the end, as the staff is rather flexible and friendly. The facilities require renovation, but it is slowly being taken care of.

The restaurant and pool area was great for kids and able to eat but this is nothing to do with the hotel at all and they where all very welcoming

The rooms where below any standard the receptionists was rude and no help what so ever when we arrived the 2 rooms we where given you could not stay in no electric in one room and bedding was dirty and floor was dirty other room no bulbs or electric and sick on floor and bedding was disgusting ! Couldn't stay had to find other accommodation at 8pm at night

It had a pool.

Everything else. Room’s filthy, AC not working, mould on the walls, looking like the ceiling is about to collapse. Horrible!

Svjetla nije bilo, kupili smo lampu u prodavnici Vrata tuša pala na oboje, i na sina ali desi se Izludili smo u sobi, jedina zanimacija nam je bila kamen/papir/makaze, loš WiFi ali šifra dobra, laka za pogoditi

We had a terrible experience during our stay. The hotel is under renovation, which we were not informed about in advance. Everything was dirty — the room, the bathroom, and even the hallways. The first room we were given didn’t have basic necessities: no light in the bathroom, no shower head, no toilet paper, no trash bin, no bedside table, and no wardrobe. There was also no Wi-Fi. Overall, it felt like the place wasn’t ready to host guests at all. At first, we asked to be moved to another room or to get a refund. We were told "just a moment," and then for about 10 minutes, a girl ran back and forth to the reception looking for room keys, carrying several sets of keys, and trying to open random room doors. Then she told us that no rooms had Wi-Fi and pointed to an open room saying, “How about this one?” We told her that there’s no Wi-Fi signal there either, and she replied, “There are no other options.” We asked for a refund, and she said, “You paid by card, we can't refund you — you need to wait for something…” Then she told us that a man responsible for reception would come the next day, and we should ask him about the refund. We stayed and went to the reception at 09:00 the next morning — of course, no one was there. We went to the café and asked if someone from the hotel could be called, but they said no one would be there until 16:30. We returned at 17:00 and again, no one was there. Terrible service, terrible management, very dirty! I absolutely do not recommend this place!

everything is old, protruding cables and dirt, we are not the same sheets and mattresses without a pillowcase, the pillow is dirty, the bathroom is terrible, the parking lot is noisy like a car wash, and under any criticism, in general, zero, I do not recommend anyone to visit it
