Fantastic hosts, beautiful place and stunning view.

Being surrounded by nature makes the place awesome. It's very quiet and away from the busy life. We enjoyed the mountain view or the woods view, depending on which side of the table we sat, during breakfast where we could do some walks. Alberto and his mum Lorenza are very welcoming and helpful. Alberto explained everything to us about the room and the b&b and was always giving us tips and useful information according to the plan of our day. The room and bathroom are of a good size with a big and comfortable bed. We had very hot days when we were there and they kept our air condition on while we were out to find a cool room.

To go to our room we had a flight of steps and no lift is available. We only had a backpack but if we had a suitcase we had to carry it up the stairs though Alberto has offered his help.

We met two lovely people who were very attentive and gave us great advice on how to enjoy the surroundings. The setting is relaxing, with a pool and a large, well-maintained property. Breakfast is homemade, with cakes and jams. My favorite is the hot chocolate. Thanks again, I'll keep the address.

Nothing to dislike, everything was perfect!

Super quiet location on the hillside surrounded by trees and a large garden and with views of the snow capped mountains. Alberto and his mother were the perfect hosts. From the moment we arrived to our final day they ensured that everything was OK with the accommodation and the breakfast which was fantastic. Alberto was happy to recommend restaurants and locations to visit based on his experiences and feedback from previous guests. We didn’t take the daily breakfast option because of meeting up with friends for brioche and coffee at a local bakery but on the 3 days we wanted breakfast all it took was a quick message to Alberto the evening before and breakfast with homemade torte and fresh brioche overlooking the garden was there for us in the morning.

Absolutely nothing.

We loved everything about it. The hosts were wonderful, nothing was too much trouble. We had a nice traditional room equiped with everything we needed during our stay. Tasty breakfast with locally sourced items or made by the hosts themselves was served in a beautiful mid century modern breakfast room, the grounds are very well maintained and have beautiful views.

The facilities were brilliant! It is clear that a lot of thought has gone into making the accommodation as good as possible. Specifically, we enjoyed these features in the room that we stayed in: - veranda with beautiful views - kitchen - clothes horse - large round bed - lights behind the bed for reading - USB socket behind the bed The ringing of church bells in the distance was lovely.

There is nothing that can be improved. It was a real pleasure to meet Alberto and his welcoming mum.
