Super comfortable stay here. The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. The breakfast was really lovely. This was the perfect place for us to rest before going into the jungle. The staff even allowed us to leave our heavy bags here for two nights while we went into the Amazon. We enjoyed it so much here that we actually rebooked in for just the day after the jungle, to relax and shower before our flight. Would highly recommend this place.

It is quite noisy at night time due to being located beside a night club, but the staff really look after the guests here and provide ear plugs free of charge. Once I had my ear plugs in, I slept perfectly.

I would say for me the best part about this hotel is the staff that work there. They are so welcoming and kind. It's almost like visiting family or friends. They even made me breakfast much earlier than the time because I had to leave for the airport. The beds are comfortable, the rooms are clean and there's hot water. Overall I'd reccomend to stay here. You won't be disappointed. I felt lucky to even get a reservation because it's usually booked out. Thank you to the staff that work here. You all make this place what it is. I would return just to chat with you all again. Thank you for making me not just feel welcomed but also cared for and appreciated.

Just to keep things honest. The only thing I didn't love was that the rooms had a little bit of a strange smell. Nothing really bad but what ever it was played with my allergies a bit. But it wasn't bad enough to not want to come back. I'd still return for sure.

All was great. Rooms are clean, hot water in the shower, great breakfast. staff was very kind and the hotel owner is very caring and nice.

I’m a flight attendant and stay in hundreds of hotel rooms. I need a hot shower , good AC , safe environment, and a clean room . This property had everything I needed and was an excellent value. The breakfast , location and staff exceeded expectations. Everyone was friendly and helpful .
