Quirky rooms, very comfortable, excellent food.

We booked Watergate Yard as we had seen it on television as winners of four in a bed program and my dad lives in Sleaford. We were greeted by friendly staff who showed us to our quirky room. The room was excellent as were all the premises, loads of weird, quirky and amazing things to look at throughout the building. A hairdryer, iron, and small ironing board were provided as well as tea and coffee making facilities. The bed was comfortable and had really lovely pillows on. Shower gel, hair shampoo and conditioner were also provided as well as hand soap. In the evening we spent time in the undercover outdoor yard. This had heaters around the premises to keep us warm. A separate outdoor building had a darts board and pool table in. We also spent time in the bar and tried out their larger which was delicious. The venue has different music events and comedy shows etc which we intend to attend in the near future. You are able to get a meal there but we only had breakfast which was fantastic and cooked to perfection by our lovely host Hollie and nothing was too much trouble. Overall I would definitely say this is one of the best places we have stayed due to how unique and fascinating it is even down to the toilets. Thank you for a great stay Paula and Tony Robinson
