Very modern conversion of an old property. Room small but good. Bed good.Breakfast very good. Staff nice. Excellent budget price. Good location.

Bad smell in toilet coming from outside of the room. Extract fan not working. Spring push basin plug jammed down so unable to empty sink. Ceiling light not working though the wall lights were sufficient. Hopefully these are just maintenance snags.

The proximity of the event I was going to, the room was very comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great.

The shower was a little hit and miss, but that could just be me not being use to that particular shower.

The location and the room was very clean. Nothing at all to complain about. Helpful staff.
